Custom Closet FAQ
Answers about custom closet systems, drawers, shelving, service areas and getting a design quote.
What does a custom closet system include?
A custom system can combine hanging space, adjustable shelving, drawers, shoe storage, upper storage and cabinet doors. The exact mix depends on the room and what you need to store.
Do you design both walk-in and reach-in closets?
Yes. We design walk-in closets, reach-in closets, wardrobe walls and other built-in storage spaces.
Can you add drawers inside a closet?
Yes. Drawer towers and wider drawer banks are common ways to move folded clothing and accessories into the closet.
Do you build pantry and laundry storage too?
Yes. We also design pantry shelving, laundry cabinetry and other home storage.
What should I send for a quote?
Photos of the room and rough measurements are a great start. Exact field dimensions can be confirmed later.
What areas do you serve?
Our primary service area is the Atlanta metropolitan area and surrounding communities.
The questions that determine whether a closet design will work
The best questions go beyond price and finish. Ask how the design accounts for drawer clearance, long-hanging garments, shoe count, corner access and future adjustability. Ask which sections are fixed and which can change. Ask what has to be removed before installation and how the installer handles baseboards, uneven walls or other field conditions.
Those questions help separate a thoughtful storage plan from a layout that simply fills the walls with components.
